Former teacher Allen Houk
Allen Houk was the Adelphi Class teacher from 2007 to 2018. Allen began serving on the First Methodist church staff in 1995. Allen's responsibilities included Fund Development for the Extension Ministries, and the Church Foundation. Allen has been teaching Bible classes for over 50 years. Our current teacher is Dr. Brant Wallace who will share teaching responsibilities with guest teachers every month.

2019 - The King family honored by Chuck Norris
At the 2019 Kickstart Kids 26th Annual Gala “Boots and Blackbelts”, the King Family (including Adelphis Rex and Marillyn; Mike King and Laura True) accepted the Founders’ Vision Award given to Palletized Trucking for their participation over many years. Kickstart Kids was founded by Chuck Norris (TV star of Walker, Texas Ranger). Its mission: “Character through Karate - - empowering youth with core values, such as discipline and respect, to achieve their greatest potential.” Since its inception in 1992, more than 95,000 youth have benefited from this one-of-a-kind, life-changing program. Congratulations to all!
